DUROSTICK D-7 cleaner is used on floors and walls made of natural stones of Karystos, Pelion, Karpathos, etc. A preventive check is recommended on rocks particularly sensitive to strong cleaners (e.g. limestone rocks), while the cleaning should be carried out after 28 days of grouting. Its use is necessary before from the application of RENOLIT waterproofing or D-12 solvent stone varnish or DUROSTICK odorless water stone varnish D-72, in order to ensure the removal of building debris. D-7 is not recommended for marble or artificial stones and bricks.

1. Surface preparation

During its application, the use of protective glasses and plastic gloves is recommended.

If the work is done inside the house, we open doors and windows to avoid accumulation vapors, removing stainless utensils and covering with nylon stainless sinks, faucets, etc. In outdoor areas, make sure that the residues during the application of the product do not accumulate near plants, because there is a risk of their destruction.

2. Application

D-7 stone cleaner is applied as is, scrubbing with a hard broom and after leaving to act for 3-5 minutes. Then, rinse with plenty of water.
