VIVECRYL ELASTIC ECO is ecological elastomeric acrylic insulator & paint, for the excellent waterproofing of external walls from moisture. It perfectly covers capillaries and microcracks and effectively follows the contractions and expansions of the surface, maintaining its elasticity from -20°C to 80°C. It is applied to any kind of new or old surface, creating a waterproof and extremely durable elastic membrane. It offers a wonderful matte surface and its shades remain unchanged for years. VIVECRYL ELASTIC ECO is a certified1 cool color and is characterized by a high reflectance value (SR), a high emissivity coefficient (ε) and a high solar reflectance index (SRI).

PRODUCT DETAILS

• TYPE: 100% ecological acrylic paint based on special UV-crosslinking resins (APEO free).
• APPLICATION METHOD: By roller, brush or airless gun.
• DILUTION: 5-10% with clean water.
• PERFORMANCE: About 11m2 per liter when applied to surfaces without problems or about 4-6m2 per liter on surfaces with capillaries and microcracks up to 1mm. Surfaces must be properly prepared.
• DRYING : To the touch in 3 hours and repaintable after 8 hours. These times vary according to weather conditions (humidity, temperature).
• SHADES : Available in white and unlimited shades through the Vivechrom COLOR COMPOSITIONS system. Storage: To be stored at a temperature from 5o C to 40o C.

SURFACE PREPARATION

• The surfaces must be clean, dry and free from defective or poorly cohesive materials, dust, oils and salts.
• Prime with VIVEDUR PRIMER solvent primer or with the silicone water based acrylic primer, VIVECRYL PRIMER.
• The paint is applied and allowed to dry at a temperature of 10o C to 35o C.
• Do not apply if there is a risk of rain or frost in the next 24 hours.
• Processing such as dry sanding will create dust. Wet scrubbing should be used where possible. Work in a well-ventilated area. Use suitable means for respiratory protection.

APPLICATION

• Dilute with 5-10% pure water and stir well before use.
• Apply 2 coats of VIVECRYL ELASTIC ECO for a perfect result.
