VIVECRYL ECO is 100% acrylic ecological paint for outdoor use for ultimate protection from the sun, rain and snow and has a long life. It is applied to any type of new or old surface such as plaster, concrete and wood. It is easy to work with, has great coverage and strong adhesion. It waterproofs the surface, preventing the creation of stains from moisture or rain, while giving it the ability to "breathe". It does not contribute to the development of fire and the spread of flame. VIVECRYL ECO is a certified cool color with a high reflectance value (SR), high emissivity coefficient (ε) and high solar reflectance index (SRI).

PRODUCT DETAILS

• TYPE: 100% acrylic eco paint.
• SPECIFIC WEIGHT : 1.35-1.49 gr/cm³ (1.47 ± 0.02 gr/cm³ White), 1.35-1.43 Shades)
• VISCOSITY : 10-14 P (ROTOTHINNER DIN 51550, 25°C)
• APPLICATION METHOD : Brush, roller or airless gun.
• YIELD: Approximately 12 m² per liter on properly prepared surfaces.
• DRYING: To the touch in 1 hour and repaintable after 3 hours. These times vary according to weather conditions (humidity, temperature).
• SHADES : Available in White and in an unlimited number of shades through the Vivechrom COLOR COMPOSITIONS system.

SURFACE PREPARATION

• The surfaces must be clean, dry and free from defective or poorly cohesive materials, dust, oils and salts.
• Processing such as dry sanding will create dust. Wet scrubbing should be used where possible. Work in a well-ventilated area. Use suitable means for respiratory protection.
• For new surfaces or porous surfaces with chalking: Prime with solvent VIVEDUR PRIMER, or VIVEDUR MULTIPRIMER ECO, micronized nanotechnology water primer.
• For problem-free surfaces apply VIVECRYL ECO directly.

APPLICATION

• Dilute with 5-10% pure water and stir well before use.
• Apply 2 coats of VIVECRYL ECO for a perfect result.
• Before applying dynamic shades that do not have high coverage, apply a coat of VIVECRYL ECO in a similar shade produced by the more covering Base.
• Protect from frost.
• Application and drying at a temperature of 10ºC to 35ºC.
• Ensure good ventilation during application and drying.
• Wear a suitable respiratory protection mask while spraying.
• Minimize paint waste by calculating the amount of paint you will need.
• Recover leftover paint for reuse.
• The reuse of paints can really minimize the environmental impact of the life cycle of the products.
