Water-soluble spreadable high-strength hybrid elastomer sealant based on special acrylic and polyurethane resins. It dries and polymerizes quickly, forming an impermeable membrane impervious to moisture and stagnant water, which maintains its elasticity from -20°C to +80°C and remains passable without stickiness. It completely covers capillaries and cracks up to 1.5mm.

 Great ability to absorb contractions and expansions. Due to the innovative composition of the product, the accumulation of dirt is prevented and thus the whiteness is maintained over time, as well as the heat-reflective properties. It can be applied in a large thickness with one layer (1.5kg/m2) reducing labor costs.

 It is certified as a cold-reflective material (KAPE, DEMOKRITOS) and offers excellent thermal reflectivity (reducing cooling costs in the summer months). It is an excellent cost-effective solution for sealing maintenance with or without the use of glass mesh tape or polyester reinforcement.  Paint tools: Brush, Roller, Patroga, brush with soft hair and airless gun.

PERFORMANCE & CONSUMPTION: 1.25-2m2/kg & 0.5-0.8kg/m2 (use of roll) per layer, depending on surface roughness. 0.7-1m2/kg & 1-1.5kg/m2 (using trowel or brush) in one layer. DILUTION : If needed up to 5% by volume with water. For application on asphalt, the first layer up to 10%. VOC category: "Exterior wall paints of mineral substrates". Type Y. Limit VOC value = 40gr/lt. Maximum VOC content of ready-to-use product = 39gr/lt. VOC or VOC: volatile organic compounds boiling point <250oC.

DRYING : Dry in 1-3 hours depending on the ambient conditions and the thickness of the film. It is repainted after 6-12 hours, depending on the atmospheric conditions and the thickness of the layer. The next layer is recommended to be applied crosswise. The surface is passable 3-4 hours after application and depending on weather conditions.
